Information Security
Easyfy incorporates security considerations into the design and operation of its payment infrastructure, including access control, segregation of responsibilities and controlled handling of sensitive information.
Security
Easyfy describes its approach to security and resilience rather than asserting certifications it does not hold.
Easyfy incorporates security considerations into the design and operation of its payment infrastructure, including access control, segregation of responsibilities and controlled handling of sensitive information.
Payment services are intended to operate in conjunction with appropriately selected banking, acquiring and payment partners. Partner selection takes into account regulatory standing, operational capability and security expectations.
Operational and transaction risks are considered as part of Easyfy's risk-based approach, with review procedures proportionate to the nature of the activity and the parties involved.
Easyfy is committed to protecting business and personal information in accordance with applicable legal and contractual requirements, and limits access to information to those who require it for a defined purpose.
Payment card security
Easyfy does not represent itself as holding its own PCI DSS certification. Where card-payment functionality is provided through banking or acquiring partners, relevant card-data security requirements are intended to be handled through appropriately compliant infrastructure operated by those partners or their approved service providers.
Easyfy does not make absolute security claims. Security and resilience are treated as ongoing operational responsibilities, reviewed as the company's infrastructure and partner arrangements develop.
